Background: Work-related musculoskeletal diseases (WMSDs) are characterized by chronic pain that can contribute to long periods of absence from work. Objective: to evaluate the profile of workers seeking CEREST Regional in Guarulhos and the musculoskeletal diseases that most affect this population. Methods: Analyzes of data obtained at CEREST-Guarulhos from workers attended between 2015 and 2017, who were contacted by phone in 2018, will be carried out. For the study, a structured interview script was used for sociodemographic data, information on the state of health, situation and occupational characteristics, in addition to the location of the body that presents musculoskeletal complaints, and the intensity of pain measured using the Numerical Pain Scale. Results: The results of the study indifferent that most of the workers are women, older, married, with average education. The main occupation is in the service sector and production lines. The most prevalent musculoskeletal complaints in workers are in the upper limbs and lumbar region. Conclusion: Workers diagnosed with WMSDs attended at CEREST have a prevalence of upper complaints in the upper limbs and lower back, they are older women.
