Resumo: This is a proposition of a meta-analytical approach to the practice of discourse analysis in the area of Critical Organizational Studies. In this construction, we oppose the idea of neutrality obtained by a proceduralist method and argue in favor of the construction of methodological procedures that involve the analyst in his scientific discourse - his ontological assumptions, epistemological choices and analytical stance towards reality - and the construction of investigative procedures for the sociological field. Faced with this challenge, we developed this meta-analytic construct from the contribution of other fields of knowledge, especially philosophical hermeneutics, critical sociology and psychoanalytic theory from a Lacanian perspective. In this sense, we propose reflections on the relationship between language and methodological procedures, the subjective construction of subjects and reality and the relationship that discourse analysts establish with their respective scientific discourses and ideologies that synchronize meaning in their analysis. We argue that procedures should not be taken as a tool to support an extra-ideological interpretation - an impossibility of being in language. We also oppose the discourse analysis method as merely complying with a formalist requirement of academic publications - without being effectively developed to produce emancipatory effects on the researcher, the academic community and, especially, society. Having said this, we argue in favor of discourse analysis with procedures developed in the contingent relation of research and which, through its analytical posture, translate the ontoepistemic-methodological developments that underlie the practices of emancipatory social research in our field. Thus, we support Critical-Emancipatory Discourse Analysis (AC-ED) as a meta-analytic construct that induces reflections capable of situating the researcher in his or her own (inter) scientific discourse. With this, we hope to contribute to the construction of research with discourse analysis in Critical Organizational Studies based on intelligibility and transparency, capable of promoting encounters with the world and enhancing the emancipatory effects of academic research in society

Universidade PositivoBrasilPós-GraduaçãoPrograma de Pós-Graduação em AdministraçãoUPVizeu, Fábiohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1120717096542450Lara, Luiz Gustavo Alves de2021-04-30T18:22:47Z20192021-04-30T18:22:47Z2019info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisapplication/pdfhttps://repositorio.cruzeirodosul.edu.br/handle/123456789/2037porinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório do Centro Universitário Braz Cubasinstname:Centro Universitário Braz Cubas (CUB)instacron:CUB2021-05-21T12:40:55Zoai:repositorio.cruzeirodosul.edu.br:123456789/2037Repositório InstitucionalPUBhttps://repositorio.brazcubas.edu.br/oai/requestbibli@brazcubas.edu.bropendoar:2021-05-21T12:40:55Repositório do Centro Universitário Braz Cubas - Centro Universitário Braz Cubas (CUB)false
