This research was developed based on acquired knowledge, bibliographical consultations and diverse orientations of professionals of the area of the education. It aims to check the quality of life at work and how employees think about some of the benefits and attentions that the organization may have with them. And to make it possible to verify and have a better basis for the subject that we are dealing with in the research, an interview was conducted with some collaborators in a private institution, using a questionnaire based on the Likert scale method, one half of men interviewed , and the other half women, with high school and higher education, in the company's telecommunication sector. It has been observed that money is no longer the only motivation and it is not just what matters, the working conditions provided by the organization started to import equally. Part of what constitutes the organization and should be one of the board's focus is the organizational climate, which influences part of the employee's quality of life. We have seen that the organization can and should contribute to the employees' quality of life at work, and thus, with the organization attentive to the satisfaction of its employees, consequently there will be an increase in productivity and company income.
