Práticas de interação e seus processos de aprendizagem coletivos em uma cooperativa popular

Resumo: The learning process has been often the focus in the academic environment. Following these discussions, this study has the aim to analyze, under the perspective of the Theory of Historical-Cultural Activity and its expansive cycle, developed by Engestrom, and from collective practice of interaction the expansive learning process in a popular co-operative incubated by the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives from the Federal University of Parana. Our purpose is that the cooperative environment makes the learning process able and that the process is socially built, according to the interaction between the individual and the environment and participates in the creation of a new reality. Searching for the understanding of this phenomenon a qualitative research was developed, exploring oral history as the research method. In this context, a bibliographic and documental review was chosen to guide us to an empiric analysis of the case by semi-structured interviews and observations. The results obtained from the studied theory and analysis of the empiric cases helped us to understand and recognize the importance of the social relations and the influence that historicity, the existence of many voices and the contradictions make on the individuals and their practices and point out the existence of a continuing learning process by the co-operators that took part in the studies through a movement of co-operation and interaction, that makes possible building an environment that promotes a learning process, in which the individuals are able to increase the learning process received by the agents involved in the process of cooperation. It was also noticed that the co-operators are able to expand teachings received by the incubator, adapting these teachings to their realities and developing new practices. Nevertheless, we understand that this co-operative was still not able to achieve the autonomy and the independency in its communication with the market and consequently cannot overcome its dependency of the supporting organs and donators of recycled materials, being the ones also the main co-operative customers.

Alinhado com estas discussões, este estudo tem por objetivo analisar, sob a perspectiva da Teoria da Atividade Histórico-Cultural e seu ciclo expansivo, desenvolvida por Engestrom, e a partir de práticas coletivas de interação, o processo de aprendizagem expansiva em uma cooperativa popular incubada pela Incubadora Tecnológica de Cooperativas Populares da Universidade Federal do Paraná. Nosso pressuposto é que o ambiente cooperativo possibilita a aprendizagem e que esta é um processo socialmente construído, à medida que indivíduo interage com o ambiente e participa da criação da nova realidade. Na busca de compreender este fenômeno, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza exploratória, utilizando-se da história oral como método de pesquisa. Neste contexto, partiu-se de uma revisão bibliográfica e documental para então analisar o caso empírico, por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas e observações. Os resultados obtidos a partir da teoria estudada e da análise do caso empírico nos ajudaram a compreender e reconhecer a importância das relações sociais e a influência que a historicidade, a existência de multivozes e de contradições exercem sobre os indivíduos e suas práticas e denotam a existência de um processo de aprendizagem continuada pelos cooperados que participaram do estudo por meio de um movimento de cooperação e interação, que possibilita a construção de um ambiente que favorece a aprendizagem, no qual os sujeitos são capazes de ampliar o aprendizado recebido pelos agentes intervenientes no processo de cooperação. Percebeu-se também que os cooperados são capazes de expandir os ensinamentos recebidos pela incubadora, adaptando estes ensinamentos às suas realidades e desenvolvendo novas práticas.
