Mediation of organic information from the perspective of the business decision-making process: analysis of the archivist's role

Resumo: This paper addresses the issue of mediation in the process of information decision-making, more specifically, organic information, seeking to deepen its determinants in an attempt to understand the mechanisms on which supports. It also examines the role of the archivist as an information professional in this process. Conceptually, it is understood that the information Organic is produced within the organization as a result of the implementation of activities and tasks undertaken. The national literature that addresses this issue is poor and therefore needs further examination. Weaving relations organic information and mediation in the context of decision making is rare in literature. Thus, this study seeks to contribute to discussions in regarding this matter and also adds to this the importance of standing up issues that may contribute to the development of studies Information Science.

También analiza el papel del archivero como profesional de la información en este proceso. Conceptualmente, se entiende que la información orgánica se produce internamente a la organización como resultado de la ejecución de las actividades y tareas desarrolladas. La literatura nacional que aborda este tema es deficiente y, por lo tanto, necesita ser profundizada. Tejer relaciones entre información orgánica y mediación en el contexto del proceso de toma de decisiones es raro en la literatura. De esta forma, este estudio busca contribuir a las discusiones sobre este tema, y ​​también a la importancia de suscitar interrogantes que puedan contribuir al desarrollo de los estudios de Ciencias de la Información.Este trabalho aborda a questão da mediação da informação no processo decisório, mais especificamente, a informação orgânica, buscando aprofundar seus determinantes na tentativa de entender os mecanismos sobre os quais se apóia. Analisa também, o papel do arquivista enquanto profissional da informação nesse processo. Conceitualmente, compreende-se que a informação orgânica é produzida internamente à organização em decorrência da execução das atividades e tarefas desenvolvidas. A literatura nacional que aborda este tema é deficiente e, portanto, necessita ser aprofundada. Tecer relações entre a informação orgânica e a mediação no contexto do processo decisório é raro na literatura.
