Resumo: The technical schools of the Paula Souza Center in the state of São Paulo are one of the most graduated schools for the labor market, both for industry, commerce and agriculture, which is essential for economic sectors, so it needs focus on elements of information environment (technology, information and people) in order to work well. In this way, it is important to provide an information culture among people who take part in this environment. The general goal of this work is to address School Management and Information Culture. In view of this, the research has essence on the people's perspective as being essential to Information Management and Culture. The main objective of the research is to consider the aspects that establish Information Culture in school management. The methodological procedures used were bibliographic research, which has allowed the production of a framework which encourages information culture, in other words, presents a desired information behavior as well as tactics used by leaders in order to manage behaviors. The results showed that people, technology and information are key elements in producing knowledge and assisting in decision-making. In this way, the framework allows tactics and desired information behaviors within school environment.

In this way, the framework allows tactics and desired information behaviors within school environment.El Centro Paula Souza forma parte de las Instituciones de enseñanza técnica para jóvenes de la industria, comercio y agricultura, convirtiéndolo en algo fundamental para el desarrollo de los sectores económico y educacional en el estado de São Paulo. De ahí que necesita poner foco en los elementos que constituyen el ambiente informacional (tecnología, información y personas) para llevar a cabo sus funciones de modo adecuado. Por lo tanto, debe fomentar una cultura informacional entre los actores de ese ambiente. Este estudio tiene como objetivo general la Gestión Escolar y la Cultura Informacional de modo integrador para poner de relieve la necesidad de comprender que las personas son tan importantes como los otros recursos. Se comprende que hay una gran escasez de acciones institucionales para establecer la Cultura Informacional en la Gestión Escolar. Se llevó a cabo una investigación bibliográfica que posibilitó seleccionar el referencial teórico para la elaboración del cuadro orientador para impulsar la cultura informacional, presentando el comportamiento informacional deseado además de las tácticas que deben ser utilizadas por los líderes con la finalidad de gestionar dicho comportamiento. Los materiales utilizados han sido recolectados en base de datos confiables como, por ejemplo, la Base de Datos en Ciencia de la Información BRAPCI, la Portada Brasileña de Acceso abierto a la información Científica (Oasisbr) y el Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). El resultado ha demostrado que hay una conexión entre personas, tecnología e información en la constitución del conocimiento de los sujetos, contribuyendo para la toma de decisiones a partir de la presencia de comportamientos que representen una cultura que valora la información. Ante lo expuesto, la elaboración del cuadro posibilita impulsar tácticas y comportamientos informacionales que se desean dentro del ambiente escolar.O Centro Paula Souza é uma das Instituições de ensino técnico que forma jovens para a indústria, comércio e agricultura, sendo fundamental para o desenvolvimento dos setores econômico e educacional no estado de São Paulo. Assim, precisa focar nos elementos que fazem parte do ambiente informacional (tecnologia, informação e pessoas) para funcionar adequadamente. Portanto, deve fomentar uma cultura informacional entre os atores desse ambiente. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é abordar Gestão Escolar e Cultura Informacional de modo integrador para salientar a necessidade de compreender que as pessoas são tão importantes quanto os outros recursos. Parte-se da problemática de que há uma carência nas ações Institucionais de estabelecer a Cultura Informacional na Gestão Escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica que possibilitou selecionar o referencial teórico para a elaboração do quadro norteador que fomenta a cultura informacional, apresentando o comportamento informacional desejado e as táticas que devem ser utilizadas pelos líderes a fim de gerenciar tal comportamento. Os materiais utilizados foram coletados em bases de dados confiáveis como, por exemplo, a Base de Dados em Ciência da Informação BRAPCI, o Portal Brasileiro de Acesso Aberto à Informação Científica (Oasisbr) e o Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). O resultado demonstrou que existe a conexão entre pessoas, tecnologia e informação na constituição do conhecimento dos sujeitos, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão a partir da presença de comportamentos que representem uma cultura de valorização da informação.
