A criança terena: um olhar para a infância, o brincar e os sentidos do aprender indígena

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo investigar a criança Terena, os sentidos do aprender indígena por meio do brincar e da relação com os adultos, cultura e comunidade. O foco da pesquisa centrou-se na Aldeia Buriti, localizada no município de Dois Irmãos do Buriti, no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Sendo um estudo etnográfico, a pesquisa oportunizou conhecer a história do povo Terena, seu modo de viver em comunidade, em família, a educação das crianças, a relação destas com os pares, os adultos, a cultura, o ambiente, as brincadeiras, enfim, suas aprendizagens a partir das experiências, do sentir, do observar e do  praticar que contribuem para a construção da identidade na infância, já que o sentimento de ser índio é construído a partir das vivências sociais. Para este trabalho, foram entrevistados pais, avós, crianças e acadêmicos indígenas que moram na Aldeia Buriti e contribuíram com suas memórias da infância. Também foi realizada uma oficina de desenho livre, com o intuito de perceber a representação do brincar para a criança Terena. Os resultados evidenciam o orgulho que as crianças têm de ser índio e de participar ativamente de todos os acontecimentos importantes e marcantes para a Aldeia, desde uma brincadeira compartilhada com outras crianças às festas que envolvem toda a comunidade. A tranquilidade e o respeito que a família tem em relação ao tempo de aprendizagem da criança é essencial para a formação do caráter e a construção do ethos Terena. Palavras-chave: Criança Terena. Terena child: a glance to childhood, play and senses of native learningThe present study had as objective to investigate the Terena child, the senses of the native learning through playing and relationship with adults, culture and community. The focus of the survey was centralized in the Aldeia Buriti, located in the city of Dois Irmãos do Buriti, in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. As this was a ethnographic study, the survey offered the opportunity to know the history of the Terena people, their way of living in community, in family, education of children, their relationship with the pairs, the adults, the culture, the environment, the games, their learning based on experiences, sensing, observation and practice that contribute to construction of identity in childhood, as the feeling of being an Indian is constructed based on social experiences. For this study, parents, grandparents, children and native academic professionals that live in the Aldeia Buriti were interviewed and contributed with the memories of their childhood. And, a free drawing workshop was carried out, aiming to perceive the representation of playing for the Terena child. The results confirmed the proud that the children have to be Indians, and to actively participate of all the important and meaningful events of the Aldeia, from a game shared with other children up to events that involve all the community. The tranquility and respect that the family has in relation to the time of learning of the child is important for forming of character and for construction of ethos Terena. Keywords: Terena Child.
