Construction of experience: contributions to teacher education

Resumo: This reflection seeks to understand teacher training in a critical and progressive perspective, which requires recognizing the construction of experience, a concept used by different scholars in the field of Education. The research study, with a qualitative-bibliographic approach, is based on different authors who have dedicated themselves to contributing to teacher training, they are: Bondia Larossa, Freire, Vasquez and Nóvoa, the article aims to reflect and analyze the experience and the teacher training. We conclude that the authors surveyed show different aspects of the concept of experience, bringing us characteristics and meanings that complement each other to think about the exercise of teaching, recognizing the principles of subjectivity and authorship.

O estudo da pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa- bibliográfica, se baseia em diferentes autores que se dedicaram a contribuir com a formação docente, são eles: Bondia Larossa, Freire, Vásquez e Nóvoa, o artigo tem como objetivo refletir e analisar a experiência e a formação docente.
