REFLECTIONS ON THE INCIDENCE OF PANDEMIC ON LABOR LAW

Resumo: The changes resulting from the pandemic led to a process of intense changes in the entire Brazilian legal body. Since the pandemic is of a global character and bringing intense administrative and legislative changes, for reasons of precaution and urgency, to the national and global state rules. Thus, it is necessary to study and delimit the problem within the theoretical point of view of the present study. The study was based on changes in labor law arising from the period of public calamity decreed at the federal, state and municipal levels. The study had a methodology for analyzing bibliographic and documentary content, in the same way as the deductive method for solving problems related to systematic logical reasoning. The investigation aimed to analyze the proposals and measures established in the national territory, especially in the labor sphere, addressing its most relevant changes, within the Brazilian legal paradigm.

Sendo a pandemia de caráter global e trazendo transformações administrativas e legislativas intensas, por motivos de precaução e urgência, para as normas estatais em caráter nacional e global. Dessa forma, faz-se necessário o estudo e a delimitação do problema dentro do ponto de vista teórico do presente estudo. O estudo baseou-se nas modificações ocorridas no direito do trabalho advindas do período de calamidade pública decretada nas esferas federal, estadual e municipal.
