Resumo: | This work seeks to reflect on the process of social inclusion based on education and school inclusion, taking as a reference female adolescents institutionally welcomed at the Dandara Social Reinsertion Space. To this end, it will focus on aspects such as gender, age and social condition of those welcomed, the public policies in force, the advancement of jurisprudence and social movements, addressing the public policies that permeate the universe of shelters and direct educational proposals in teaching units. From this perspective, we will discuss legislation governing the rights and protection of children and adolescents, as well as political pedagogical projects that encourage inclusion in the school environment. |

Para tanto, focará em aspectos como gênero, idade e condição social das acolhidas, as políticas públicas em vigor, o avanço da jurisprudência e dos movimentos sociais, abordando as políticas públicas que permeiam o universo dos abrigos e direcionam propostas educacionais nas unidades de ensino.
