Educational nursing practices for adolescent pregnancy reduction: systematic review

Resumo: This research aimed to analyze the national scientific productions on the actions taken by Brazilian nurses to guide and prevent teenage pregnancy. Having the systematic review as method, a bibliographic query was made at the databases of the Online Scientific Electronic Library (SCIELO); Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Nursing Database (BDENF), according to the methodology Preferred report items for systematic reviews and meta-analyzes (PRISMA). Articles in Portuguese, which focused on the prevention of teenage pregnancy by medical practices and nursing tests in the period from 2009 to 2019 were included, on the other hand, articles that did not meet these conditions were excluded. We found 73 articles, but only 6 fulfilled the data inclusion criteria by the PRISMA method. Regarding nursing practice for the prevention of teenage pregnancy, 100% of the articles presented this approach, it includes 4 articles that addresses the adoption of round of conversation and adolescent groups; 2 works about educational workshops; 2 works about dynamics and educational games; 1 addresses the approach to adolescents only when they are facing a nursing consultation; 1 produced a movie based on actual facts over the topic. Note that these methods, when applied, make a great contribution to change the perception of this audience. In short, nursing contribution to their educational practices may decrease teenage pregnancy rates.

Tendo como método a revisão sistemática, realizou-se buscas bibliográficas nas bases de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO); Literatura Latino Americana e de Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), segundo a metodologia Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Foram inclusos artigos na língua portuguesa, disponíveis eletronicamente na íntegra, que tinham como foco a prevenção da gravidez na adolescência por meio de práticas desenvolvidas pela enfermagem e que se encontram dentro do recorte temporal de 2009 a 2019. E excluídos os artigos que não perfaziam essas condições. Foram encontrados 73 artigos, mais apenas 6 preencheram os critérios de inclusão dados pelo método PRISMA. Referente a atuação da enfermagem para prevenção da prevenção da gravidez na adolescência, 100% dos artigos apresentavam essa abordagem. Destes destaca-se que:4 abordam a adoção de rodas de conversas e grupos de adolescentes;2 trabalham com realização de oficinas educativas; 2 trabalham com dinâmicas e jogos educativos;1 somente abordam os adolescentes, quando estes comparecem para consulta de enfermagem; 1 produziu um filme baseado em fatos reais. Percebeu-se que estes métodos quando aplicados, trazem uma grande contribuição para mudança na percepção deste público.
