Resumo: | The main objective of the study was to analyze the time trend of leave due to depressive disorder, in public servants of a federal university, between 2012 and 2022. As for the method, it is a time series analysis of the rates of leave due to unipolar depressive disorder, which occurred with teachers and administrative technicians who had a diagnosis of depressive disorder F32 and F33, according to the 10th version of the International Code of Disease. Sociodemographic and professional variables and annual leave rates were evaluated. Descriptive analysis was performed based on absolute and relative frequency distribution, including dispersion measures. Prais-Winsten regression was used to perform the trend analysis and calculation of the annual variation, with a statistical significance level of less than 0.05%. Data were collected in the Personnel Management System of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul. The results obtained showed that there were 2244 absences from work due to depressive disorder in public servants of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul - UFMS, from 2012 to 2022, with an average of 36.14 (± 25.035) days, ranging from 1 to 180 days. An increasing trend was also observed in the number of days away from Elementary Education (4.718%; p=0.036), for Judicially Separated Marital Status (2.150%; p=0.004) and for the age group up to 51 years (0.601 %; p=0.054), which was on the threshold of statistical significance. It is concluded that the trends detected in the grouping variables provided a dynamic diagnosis of the occurrence of absences and their prediction, being useful for managers to plan health interventions aimed at servers. |

It is concluded that the trends detected in the grouping variables provided a dynamic diagnosis of the occurrence of absences and their prediction, being useful for managers to plan health interventions aimed at servers.O objetivo principal do estudo foi analisar a tendência temporal dos afastamentos por transtorno depressivo, em servidores públicos de uma universidade federal, entre 2012 a 2022. Sustenere Publishing2023-08-10info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://sustenere.inf.br/index.php/sciresalutis/article/view/832110.6008/CBPC2236-9600.2023.002.0011Scire Salutis; Vol. 13 No. 2 (2023): Scire Salutis - Fev, Mar, Abr 2023; 126-139Scire Salutis; Vol. 13 Núm. 2 (2023): Scire Salutis - Fev, Mar, Abr 2023; 126-139Scire Salutis; v. 13 n. 2 (2023): Scire Salutis - Fev, Mar, Abr 2023; 126-1392236-9600reponame:Scire Salutisinstname:Companhia Brasileira de Produção Científica (CBPC)instacron:ESSporenghttps://sustenere.inf.br/index.php/sciresalutis/article/view/8321/4446https://sustenere.inf.br/index.php/sciresalutis/article/view/8321/4445Copyright (c) 2023 Scire Salutishttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSoares, Leonardo Fabrício Gomes Pereira, Renan Sallazar FerreiraPereira, Ana Paula Gomes Soares Bastos, Paulo Roberto Haidamus de Oliveira 2023-12-29T22:29:37Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/8321Revistahttps://sustenere.co/index.php/sciresalutisONGhttps://sustenere.co/index.php/sciresalutis/oai||carlos@arvore.org.br2236-96002236-9600opendoar:2023-12-29T22:29:37Scire Salutis - Companhia Brasileira de Produção Científica (CBPC)false |
