A abordagem desta pesquisa em volta da pedagogia da alternância, nas casas familiares rurais no Baixo Sul da Bahia traz à luz este processo de formação novo em nosso meio. Ela é baseado em três aspectos: 1 - técnico: trabalhando a cultura econômica local contemplando a possível formação de uma cadeia produtiva, 2 - curricular: trabalhando o currículo formal adaptado e enriquecido para realidade local, 3 - humano: ajudando a tecer a teia com protagonistas locais envolvendo significativamente, família, sociedade e escola. A premissa desta pesquisa é entender que sem transformação significativa e contextualizada a ação não muda, para isto acontecer deve existir a tríade sensibilidade-reflexão e ação. A educação do campo necessita de uma atuação efetiva, voltada à sustentabilidade ambiental – familiar, o fomento do protagonismo, (re)encantamento juvenil, a partir da pedagogia da alternância, criada do ser humano do campo para o próprio ser humano do campo. Sabemos que a mudança assusta e neste processo ela vem para agitar as bases de tudo aquilo que se acreditava conhecer e ser possível para a realidade rural. Educadores, aprendentes e família são chamados para juntos construírem uma nova forma de aprender, de buscar um jeito diferente de enxergar o mundo e as oportunidades que ele nos põe à frente. É necessário rasgar os véus de nossos olhos e poder entender que o lugar onde nascemos, mesmo que seja na “roça”, é também o lugar a partir do qual podemos nos desenvolver enquanto indivíduos, sem faltar nenhum pilar para a construção de uma educação digna e plena, que ajude a trilhar o caminho para o empoderamento constante, protagonismo atuante e reencantamento eficiente.The reality of education in the rural areas in Brazil, especially in Bahia, presents a panorama which evokes in us, in a strong and definitive way, thinking of a pedagogical proposal, a curricular component which is born in the rural areas, is enriched in them, connects itself to the global and returns to the rural areas. The approach of this research around the pedagogy of alternance, in the rural family houses in the Baixo Sul area of Bahia brings to light this process of new formation in our midst. It is based on three aspects: 1 – technical: working the local economic culture contemplating a possible formation of a productive chain, 2 – curricular: working the formal curriculum adapted and enricehd for the local reality, 3 – human: helping to weave a web with local portagonists significantly involving family, society and school. The premise of this research is to understand that without significant and contextualized transformation the action will not change, for this to happen there needs to occur the triad: sensibility-reflection and action. Rural education needs an effective action aimed at environmental-family sustainability, fomentation of protagonism, juvenile (re)enchantment based on the pedagogy of alternance, created from the rural human being for the rural human being. We know that change is frightening and in this process it comes to agitate the bases of everything which one believed one knew and that was possible for the rural reality. Educators, learners and family are called to together build a new way of learning, of seeking a different way of seeing the world and the opportunities which it places in front of us.
