ESTUDO DAS CARACTERÍSTICAS EMPREENDEDORAS DO ALUNO CONCLUINTE DO CURSO DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO DA FACULDADE PALOTINA DE SANTA MARIA

Este trabalho se propõe a identificar as características comportamentais empreendedoras predominantes nos alunos concluintes do curso de graduação em Administração da Faculdade Palotina de Santa Maria (RS). Para responder a esse objetivo, replicou-se o instrumento sobre as Características do Comportamento Empreendedor de McClelland (1972), sendo este aplicado a 11 (onze) alunos que já possuem mais de 70% da carga horária obrigatória do curso concluída no primeiro semestre de 2016. Este questionário é usado como referência para o Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento - PNUD e pelo SEBRAE, no projeto Empretec. Para a tabulação dos dados foram utilizados os procedimentos propostos por Matias (2015). Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que as características comportamentais empreendedoras de maior presença nos respondentes da pesquisa são a CCE1 e a CCE3, isto é, busca de oportunidades e iniciativas e comprometimento, respectivamente. Já, a característica empreendedora com menor média dos escores foi a CCE2, a qual consiste na persistência, seguida da CCE6, relacionada ao estabelecimento de metas. Em relação às competências e a relação com as CCE’s, observou-se que as CCE’s com melhor média dos escores estão enquadradas na competência realização.  Palavras-chave: Empreendedorismo. Administração. Study of Entrepreneurial Student Characteristics Those who Finished Administration in Graduate Course College Pallottine Santa Maria  Abstract: This paper aims to identify the prevailing entrepreneurial behavioral characteristics in graduating students of Degree in Management Pallottine School of Santa Maria (RS). To meet this goal, he replied to the instrument on Entrepreneurial Behavior Characteristics of McClelland (1972), which is applied to 11 (eleven) students who already have more than 70% of the required hours of the course completed in the first half of 2016. This questionnaire is used as a reference for the United Nations Development Programme - UNDP and the SEBRAE, the Empretec project. For the tabulation of the data were used the procedures proposed by Matias (2015). The results showed that entrepreneurial behavioral characteristics of greater presence in survey respondents are CCE1 and CCE3, that is, looking for opportunities and initiatives and commitment, respectively. Already, the entrepreneurial characteristic with lower mean scores was CCE2, which is the persistence, followed by CCE6 related to setting goals. Regarding the skills and the relationship with the CEC's, it was observed that the CCE's with best average scores are framed in competence achievement. Keywords: Entrepreneurship.
