Resumo: This article takes a brief look at the timeline and evolution of the means of production in the industrial sector. The aim is to assimilate the retrospective recorded over time regarding the evolution of industry and how this field contributes to social development in different aspects. The article discusses the future of the industrial movement and the prospects for the market and the population derived from the evolution and dependence provided by this sector amid the growth of technology. Through exploratory methodologies, such as conducting a technical interview and applying a complementary survey, an understanding emerged that reveals the benefits and challenges of the ITW company according to the vision of the adaptation process in the face of innovations promoted by artificial intelligence in the industrial field, as well as indicating the behavior of society through positive opinions regarding communicative dynamism and the intention to prepare to deal with the technological elements progressively inserted into the job market. El objetivo es asimilar la retrospectiva registrada a lo largo del tiempo sobre la evolución de la industria y cómo este campo contribuye al desarrollo social en diferentes aspectos. El artículo discute el futuro del movimiento industrial y las perspectivas para el mercado y la población derivadas de la evolución y dependencia que proporciona este sector en medio del crecimiento de la tecnología. A través de metodologías exploratorias, como la realización de una entrevista técnica y la aplicación de una encuesta complementaria, ha surgido una comprensión que revela los beneficios y desafíos de la empresa ITW según su visión del proceso de adaptación a las innovaciones promovidas por la inteligencia artificial en el campo industrial, además de indicar el comportamiento de la sociedad a través de opiniones positivas sobre el dinamismo comunicativo y la intención de prepararse para lidiar con los elementos tecnológicos progresivamente insertados en el mercado laboral. O artigo aborda conteúdos sobre o futuro do movimento industrial e as perspectivas do mercado e da população derivados da evolução e dependência proporcionadas por este setor em meio ao crescimento da tecnologia.
