Resumo: This paper aims to question and expand the discussion on the Performance Society, the new organization models from the economy platform and how they are related. It presents the models of society and the changes undergone over the years to the present day, showing the evolution of the economy, services in the digital age and their concepts until we reach delivery via apps, especially in the midst of this pandemic moment. Through studies and field research, it was possible to observe that the concept of the Performance Society directly and indirectly influences today's services. Finally, it is possible to perceive the reality of delivery people, the view of consumers and that the great adherence to this type of informal work is the result of high unemployment in the country.

Apresenta os modelos de sociedade e as mudanças sofridas ao longo dos anos até os dias atuais, mostrando a evolução da economia, serviços na era digital e seus conceitos até chegarmos ao delivery via aplicativos, principalmente em meio a este momento de pandemia. Por intermédio de estudos e pesquisa de campo, foi possível observar que o conceito de Sociedade do Desempenho influência direta e indiretamente os serviços de hoje.
