Resumo: The current ways of understanding the phenomena of welcoming migrant children in public schools in Latin America are analyzed, based on the review of the academic literature generated about this topic in the region. Methodologically, a corpus made up of 60 works published between 2014 and 2020 was subjected to hermeneutic analysis. This corpus characterizes the subjects of migrant diversity and their school territories, and outlines the crossings and borders between comprehensive categories that account for the ways in which migrant and refugee children are received in school spaces and regional education systems. As a conclusion, consensus on the topics of inclusion and interculturality is problematized.

Metodológicamente se sometió a análisis hermenéutico un corpus constituido por 60 obras publicadas entre 2014 y 2020, a partir del cual se caracterizaron los sujetos de la diversidad migrante y sus territorios escolares, y se esbozaron los cruces y las fronteras entre categorías comprensivas que dan cuenta de los modos cómo opera la acogida a niñas y niños migrantes y refugiados, en espacios escolares y sistemas educativos regionales. Como conclusión, se problematizan consensos acerca de los tópicos de inclusión e interculturalidad.Les formes actuelles de comprendre les phénomènes d’accueil des enfants migrants dans les écoles publiques en Amérique latine sont analysées, sur la base de l’examen de la littérature académique sur ce sujet dans la région. Sur le plan méthodologique, un corpus composé de 60 ouvrages publiés entre 2014 et 2020 a été soumis à une analyse herméneutique. Ce corpus permet de caractériser les sujets de la diversité migrante et leurs territoires scolaires, et d’esquisser les passages et les frontières entre les catégories qui rendent compte du mode d’accueil des enfants migrants et des réfugiés dans les espaces scolaires et les systèmes éducatifs régionaux. En conclusion, les consensus sur les thèmes de l’inclusion et de l’interculturalité sont problématisés.As formas atuais de entender os fenômenos de acolhimento de crianças migrantes nas escolas públicas da América Latina são analisadas a partir de uma revisão da literatura acadêmica gerada sobre o assunto na região. Metodologicamente, um corpus composto por 60 obras publicadas entre 2014 e 2020 foi submetido a uma análise hermenêutica, a partir da qual foram caracterizados os sujeitos da infância migrante e seus territórios escolares, esboçando-se os cruzamentos e as fronteiras entre categorias compreensivas que explicam como as crianças migrantes e refugiadas são recebidas nos espaços escolares e nos sistemas educacionais regionais.
