Resumo: This article has a practical purpose: to provide students and researchers with a set of strategies aimed at facilitating the building of a theoretical framework and its integration with the other parts of the study. This proposal is based on the identification and solution of three basic issues: 1) defining the object of study; 2) distributing the theoretical content into the different parts of the study; and 3) selecting the theoretical content of the study, which should be an integral part of the theoretical framework and include three dimensions: historical-contextual, conceptual and methodological.

El centro de la propuesta radica en la identificación y superación de tres problemas básicos: 1) la correcta determinación del objeto de estudio, 2) la distribución de los contenidos teóricos en las distintas partes de la investigación y 3) la selección de los contenidos imprescindibles que deben constituir el marco teórico, con três dimensiones: histórico-contextual, conceptual y metodológica. Cet article a un but pratique: présenter aux étudiants et aux chercheurs une série de stratégies visant à faciliter la construction du cadre théorique et de son articulation avec les différentes phases de la recherche. L’objectif central de cette proposition est d’identifier et de surmonter trois problèmes fondamentaux: 1) la détermination correcte de l’objet d’étude; 2) la distribution du contenu théorique dans les différentes phases de la recherche; 3) la sélection des contenus devant obligatoirement constituer le cadre théorique, avec leurs trois dimensions: historique-contextuelle, conceptuelle et méthodologique. Este artigo tem uma finalidade prática: apresentar aos estudantes e pesquisadores uma série de estratégias para facilitar a construção do marco teórico e sua articulação com as partes restantes da pesquisa.
