A happy early chilhood teacher: the imaginary for early childhood education students

Resumo: The present article discusses the “imaginary of happiness” on the construction of the professional identity in early childhood teacher students. Social imaginaries constitute socially legitimized schemes of flows and interpretation of reality. A series of fourteen narratives of early childhood students dealing with the imaginary of their professional identity was analyzed. The analysis showed the concept of happiness as an idea transversal to different components of identity construction.

Se entiende que los imaginarios sociales constituyen esquemas de flujos e interpretación de la realidad socialmente legitimados. Sobre esta base se analizaron catorce narrativas de estudiantes de la carrera de Educación Parvularia, que tratan el imaginario de su identidad profesional. En dicho análisis se visualizó el concepto de felicidad como una idea transversal a distintos componentes de la construcción identitaria.Cet article concerne “l’imaginaire du bonheur” dans la construction d’une identité professionnelle parmi des étudiants en éducation préscolaire. Il est entendu que les imaginaires sociaux constituent des schémas de flux et d’interprétation de la réalité socialement légitimés. C’est sur cette base qu’ont été analysés quatorze récits d’étudiants en éducation préscolaire a propos de l’imaginaire de leur identité professionnelle. Cette analyse a montré que le concept de bonheur est considéré comme une idée transversale reflétant différentes composantes de la construction identitaire.O presente artigo discute o “Imaginário de felicidade” na construção de uma identidade profissional em alunos do jardim de infância. Entende-se que os imaginários sociais constituem esquemas de fluxos e interpretação da realidade socialmente legitimados. Sobre essa base foram analisadas quatorze narrativas de alunos da carreira de jardim de infância, que lidam com o imaginário de sua identidade profissional.
