Pedagogical technologies for governance of the self in a culturally oriented curriculum

Resumo: The present article focuses on examining the pedagogical technologies of governance of the self, carried out in a culturally oriented curriculum. Thus, the analysis is situated in the theoretical and methodological field of discourse studies, from a Foucauldian perspective, and its relation to the production of subjectivities. The analysis of the empirical material, which comprised 138 reports of pedagogical experiences linked to the cultural curriculum of physical education, allowed us to infer the occurrence of pedagogical technologies of governance of the self, which encourage participation in and reflection on the subjects of education in a way that, through a link between codes of behavior and a morality directed, in some dimension, to ethics, generate democratic and multicultural subjectivities.

Para ello, el análisis se sitúa en el campo teórico y metodológico de los estudios del discurso, desde una perspectiva foucaultiana, y su relación en la producción de subjetividades. El análisis del material empírico, que comprendió 138 relatos de experiencias pedagógicas vinculadas al currículo cultural de educación física, permitió inferir la ocurrencia de tecnologías pedagógicas del gobierno del yo que incentivan a la participación y a la reflexión de los sujetos de la educación, de modo que, a través de un vínculo entre códigos de comportamiento y una moral dirigida, en alguna dimensión, a la ética, engendran subjetividades democráticas y multiculturales.Le présent article est consacré à l’examen des technologies pédagogiques de gouvernement de soi exécutées par un programme de cours culturellement orienté. Pour ce faire, l’analyse se situe dans le champ théorique et méthodologique des études du discours, dans une perspective foucaultienne, et de leur rapport dans la production des subjectivités. L’analyse du matériel empirique, qui comprenait 138 rapports d’expériences pédagogiques liées au programme culturel de l’éducation physique, nous a permis de déduire l’existence de technologies pédagogiques de gouvernement de soi qui encouragent la participation et la réflexion des sujets de l’éducation, de telle sorte que, à travers un lien entre des codes de conduite et une morale orientée, en quelque mesure, vers l’éthique, elles engendrent des subjectivités démocratiques et multiculturelles.O presente artigo devota-se a examinar as tecnologias pedagógicas de governo do eu levadas a cabo por um currículo culturalmente orientado. Para tanto, a análise situa-se no campo teórico-metodológico de estudos do discurso, sob a perspectiva foucaultiana, e sua relação na produção de subjetividades.
