Pedagogical training for undergraduates without a teaching licence: the implementation by a federal university

Resumo: This article analyzes how the legal frameworks that deal with “Pedagogical training programs for undergraduates without a teaching license” are carried over during their implementation by a federal university. In order to do this, internal regulations produced by the university regulating the training modality were analyzed, in addition to the “Opening Projects” and “Final Evaluation Reports” of 19 classes implemented from 2011 to 2017. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the implementation developed by the institution is removed from the prescriptions presented by the actual legal frameworks and the evidence raised by the literature that deals with teachers’ specialized knowledge.

A partir de ese análisis, se concluyó que la implementación desarrollada por la institución se distancia de prescripciones presentadas por los dispositivos jurídicos vigentes y de evidencias levantadas por la literatura que versa sobre el conocimiento especializado del profesor.Cet article analyse comment les dispositifs juridiques concernant les “Programmes de Formation Pédagogique pour les non-licenciés” prennent corps durant leur processus de mise en place par une université fédérale. À cette fin, ce travail s’est penché sur les règlements internes produits par l’université rélatifs à cette modalité de formation et sur les “Projets d’Ouverture” et les “Rapports d’Évaluation Finale” de 19 classes, sur la période allant de 2011 à 2017. Cette analyse a permis de conclure que la mise en place effectuée par l’institution se distancie à la fois des prescriptions présentées par les dispositifs juridiques existants et des aspects soulignés par la littérature traitant des connaissances spécialisées des enseignants.Analisa-se, neste artigo, como os dispositivos jurídicos que versam sobre os “Programas de Formação Pedagógica para não licenciados” se corporificam no decorrer de sua implementação por uma universidade federal. Para tanto, foram analisadas normativas internas produzidas pela universidade regulamentando tal modalidade formativa, além dos “Projetos de Abertura” e “Relatórios de Avaliação Final” de 19 turmas implementadas no decorrer dos anos de 2011 a 2017.
