Resumo: | This article summarizes the results of a qualitative study conducted with novice teachers in highly vulnerable social, economic and cultural backgrounds in the Bíobio region in Chile. The central aim of the study was to determine these teachers perceptions and interpretations of the processes of recontextualization of the official Chilean educational plans and programs, within the classrooms. The method consisted of qualitative interviews and the analysis was based on an ad-hoc technique. The results showed a high degree of social commitment of the novice teachers with their students and an autonomous attitude towards the recontextualization of the plans and programs. |

El objetivo central de la investigación fue conocer las interpretaciones y percepciones de los docentes ante los procesos de recontextualización en el aula de planes y programas oficiales. El método consistió en entrevistas cualitativas profundas y el análisis se basó en la técnica ad-hoc. Los resultados demuestran un alto grado de compromiso social por parte de los docentes nóveles con sus estudiantes y una actitud autónoma ante la recontextualización de planes y programas. Neste artigo sintetizam-se os resultados de uma pesquisa qualitativa com professores principiantes que trabalham em contextos de alta vulnerabilidade social, econômica e cultural na região do Biobío, Chile. O objetivo central da pesquisa foi conhecer as interpretações e percepções dos docentes, em sala de aula, frente aos processos de recontextualização de planos e programas oficiais. O método consistiu em entrevistas qualitativas e a análise baseou-se na técnica ad-hoc.
