Resumo: This essay aims to revisit some positions about legal norms of private law as subclass of “legal norm” and direct the focus of this approach to a suggestive structure of this subclass of privatistic norms. For that, it will make use of established texts that dedicated themselves to the study of legal norms and it will collate these studies with the comprehension of the universe of freedom inherent from Private Law.
