Resumo: In the beginning, a knowledge of the "primitive" societies, the anthropology stayed, during a long time of her history, against the researches in modem organizations. But in the last years, we saw ethnografic researches made in public or private modem organizations in many countries. This paper shows some enterprises 0f ethnographies in modem organizations,trying to approach the knowledges of anthropology and administration.

This paper shows some enterprises 0f ethnographies in modem organizations,trying to approach the knowledges of anthropology and administration.Constituída inicialmente como um saber voltado para a compreensão das sociedades "primitivas", a antropologia manteve-se, durante grande parte de sua história, refratária à realização de estudos que reconhecessem as organizações produtivas modernas como locus empírico privilegiado. Nos últimos anos, porém, vimos surgir, em diversos países, pesquisas etnográficas realizadas em universos organizacionais, sejam públicos ou privados.
