Resumo: This paper describes the experience of a manufacturing company which is part of the Communion Economy Project. After a brief examination of this project, both in Brazil and worldwide, the paper shows how its personnel policy, based on Christian principles, results in high productivity, making it possible for this kind of management to engender transformational changes in business and economic environments. The paper suggests that academic research should examine this project.

Após um rápido exame desse projeto tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior, o artigo mostra como sua política de pessoal, fundamentada em princípios cristãos, produz elevada produtividade, tornando possível que esse tipo de gestão produza mudanças transformadoras nos meios empresarial e econômico.
