Resumo: | THe rapid development of science and technology culminates with a civilization on the point of traversing one more stage in its history. In societies technologically advanced, human work survives for the self-development of the persons who perform it, while its utilitarian function becomes a secondary one. Which would be the profile ofthe professional fit to face the challenges that a conjuncture in terminal crisis presents to us? Among the different visions of directive functions subject to ample discussion in the literature, the function of the educator, the forming teacher, is included, and the planner of our organizations finds himself before the defy of contributing for the formation of a participative being, conscious of his responsibility for the world he is going to pass to the coming generations - a complete, universal and creative world. |
