This teaching case aims to foster learning about the management of arts-driven organizations. The objectives of learnings are: (a) the understanding of the singularities of arts-driven organizations; (b) the identification and discussion about the main management challenges of artistic organizations and (c) the reflection about e role of aesthetics as a perspective for the management of arts-driven organisations. The case is based on an autoethnographic approach, including a empirical research in several arts-driven organisations, in Brazil and Australia. The case is written as dramaturgy in three acts; the case portrays the management experience of the Bahia Center for the Performing Arts (CCBA) during an exchange project between Brazilian artists and Australian artists. During the artistic creation process of the project, it is possible to perceive characteristics, singularities, challenges and demands of an arts-driven organisation and its management
