Resumo: | The workspace has been connecting members of different generations, who usually have different attitudes toward career and work. In Brazil, its unique situation of ageing, social inequality and years of boom and boost in its economy is creating a group of youth with singular attitudes for their career. This thesis aims to analyze which are these attitudes and if – and how – organizations are adapting themselves to connect with them. Relying on a mixed research approach to discuss the topic, added to a literature review, the thesis aims to contribute to business sphere and decision-making by managerial level. |
