Perception of users about the single health system regarding the presence of medicine academics in school clinics: bibliographical review.

Introduction: The evaluation of patient satisfaction regarding health services has been increasingly used as a variable for the quality assistance provided. Emphasizing the importance of knowing the users ‘perception regarding the medical students’ assistance. Objectives: To evaluate the perception of users in school clinic services, regarding the participation of medical students during medical consultations. Methods: Literature bases: LILACS, MEDLINE and SciELO. We selected 14 complete articles written in Portuguese, English and Spanish, published in the last 10 years. Comments: Studies have shown that the vast majority of users report being satisfied with consult when students are present, bringing more quality to the service. However, a small portion of patients, are shown to be intimidated in physical examination, opting for attendance without the presence of students. Conclusion: It was evidenced the satisfaction of the majority of users, in being able to collaborate in the construction of students’ learning and, thus, the believe to be contributing to the improvement of the quality of health care.
