Resumo: The objective of this article is to discuss the aggressiveness of children within the school context, using as theoretical foundations within psychoanalysis, highlighting the theories of Freud, Lacan and Kleini. Taking as a starting point the conceptualization of life and death drives, since they are fundamental for understanding the fundamentals that drive aggressivity. For psychoanalytics, every person is moved by the drive of life (eros) and death drive (thanatos), since they are found between the body and the psyche. Lacanian theory moves in the same direction using language as its basis. In this same point, the Kleinian theory uses the drives of life and death instants to concretize its theory in the development. Given these perspectives, psychoanalysts analyze their theories, in the face of aggressiveness in educational institutions, how they arise, discussing the role of parents, teachers and professionals involved in education in these situations. It presents possibilities for study and reflection based on psychoanalytic theory and its contributions to educational work.
