Resumo: The leadership study is proving to be increasingly important. The purpose of this review is to raise knowledge about the leadership styles pointed out in scientific studies, emphasizing their influence on the subject's mental health in the organizational environment. It is of great value that leaders know how to maintain authority over employees, being a successful leader, who exercises positive influence and motivation to employees, producing, together, a healthy work environment in order to meet the goals and organizational objectives.

El objetivo de este estudio, realizado como una revisión conceptual de la literatura, es aumentar el conocimiento sobre los estilos de liderazgo señalados en la literatura, enfatizando su influencia en la salud mental del sujeto en el entorno organizacional. Este documento presenta estilos y actitudes de liderazgo, analizando cómo los líderes dirigen una organización y sus seguidores. Es muy útil que los líderes sepan cómo mantener la autoridad sobre los empleados al ser un líder exitoso que ejerza una influencia positiva y motivación sobre los empleados, produciendo juntos un ambiente de trabajo saludable para cumplir objetivos y objetivos organizacionales.O estudo sobre liderança está se mostrando cada vez mais importante. O objetivo desta revisão é levantar conhecimentos sobre os estilos de lideranças apontados nos estudos científicos, enfatizam a sua influência na saúde mental do sujeito no ambiente organizacional.
