Information system of primary care and its use by the team of family health: an integrative review

Resumo: The study is to review scientific literature on the Information System (SIAB) and its use by teams of Family Health. Integrative review was conducted in the databases Lilacs, Medline, Scielo, and Virtual Library Public Health and are used as criteria for inclusion original articles, monographs, dissertations and doctoral theses for the analysis of the items found. The text of the articles was guided by the following questions: "The ISPC is used by health teams to guide their actions?", "What are the difficulties of the various professionals working in the Health Team to use the Family SIAB?", "What the recommendations made by the studies with the system? ". We identified 109 articles 18 were selected for this study. Studies show that the system has little use when compared to their potential or not used by most teams. The difficulties cited refer to the chips of the ISPC on the interpretation, content and quantity, professional training and practice of using data to guide actions. The types of actions most studies were suggested by the implementation of lifelong learning; spaces for reflection of the importance of their use for the work of the team and system changes in accordance with local realities. Concluded that the use of the data must be changes in the organization of the work process in health.

Foi realizada revisão integrativa nas bases de dados Lilacs, Medline, Scielo, e Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde Pública sendo utilizados, como critérios de inclusão, artigos originais, monografias, dissertações de mestrado e teses de doutorado para a análise dos artigos encontrados. A leitura dos artigos foi norteada pelas seguintes questões: “O SIAB é utilizado pelas equipes de saúde para direcionar suas ações?”, “Quais as dificuldades dos diferentes profissionais que atuam na Equipe de Saúde da Família em utilizar o SIAB?”, “Quais as recomendações feitas pelos estudos em relação ao sistema?”. Foram identificados 109 artigos sendo selecionados 18 para o presente estudo. Os estudos revelam que o sistema tem pouca utilização quando comparado às suas potencialidades ou não é utilizado pela maioria das equipes. As dificuldades citadas referem-se às fichas do SIAB quanto à interpretação, conteúdo e quantidade; capacitação dos profissionais e a prática da utilização dos dados para direcionar ações. Os tipos de ações mais sugeridas pelos estudos foram: a implementação de educação permanente; espaços para reflexão da importância da sua utilização para o trabalho realizado pela equipe e mudanças no sistema de acordo com a realidade local.
