BLACK WOMEN'S NETWORK FROM PERNAMBUCO: REFLECTIONS ON EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE FIGHT AGAINST RACISM AND BLACK FEMALE PROTAGONISM

Resumo: This article is the result of the Course Completion Work-TCC, carried out in the context of the Pedagogy course at the Centro Universitário FACOL-UNIFACOL, with the following general objective: to understand how the educational practices developed by the Network of Black Women of Pernambuco contribute to the fight against racism and black female empowerment. This qualitative research aimed to research the collaborators of the Black Women's Network of Pernambuco in the city of Vitória de Santo Antão-PE. Regarding the data collection instruments, we used a semi-structured interview (GIL, 1999) and based on the findings in the speeches, we performed Content Analysis (BARDIN, 1977). Based on the analyses, we highlighted the following core meanings: I) Educational practices beyond school; II) Awareness and Empowerment; III) Valuation of identity; IV) Pedagogy as a tool for social transformation. In this direction, we emphasize that the Black Women's Network is configured as a space-time for the promotion of educational practices that contribute to the process of combating racism and in promoting the protanonism of black women from Pernambuco, by recognizing the women authors of their practices, struggles and stories. Female Protagonism.Este artículo es resultado del Trabajo de Finalización de Curso, realizado en el contexto del curso de Pedagogía del Centro Universitario FACOL (UNIFACOL), con el siguiente objetivo general: comprender cómo las prácticas educativas desarrolladas por la Rede de Mulheres Negras de Pernambuco contribuye a la lucha contra el racismo y al empoderamiento de la mujer negra. Esta investigación, de enfoque cualitativo, tuvo como objetivo investigar a las colaboradoras de la Red de Mujeres Negras de Pernambuco en la ciudad de Vitória de Santo Antão-PE. Cuanto a los instrumentos de recolección de datos, utilizamos una entrevista semiestructurada (GIL, 1999) y con base en los hallazgos de los discursos realizamos el Análisis de Contenido (BARDIN, 1977). A partir de los análisis, destacamos los siguientes significados centrales: I) Prácticas educativas más allá de la escuela; II) Conciencia y Empoderamiento; III) Fortalecimiento de la identidad; IV) La pedagogía como herramienta de transformación social. En este sentido, destacamos que la Red de Mujeres Negras se configura como un espacio-tiempo para la promoción de prácticas educativas que contribuyan al proceso de combate al racismo y a la promoción del protagonismo de las mujeres negras pernambucanas, reconociendo a las mujeres que son autores de sus prácticas, luchas e historias. A partir das análises destacamos os seguintes núcleos de sentido: I) Práticas educativas para além da escola; II) Conscientização e Empoderamento; III) Valorização da identidade; IV) Pedagogia como ferramenta de transformação social. Nesta direção, destacamos que a Rede de Mulheres Negras se configura enquanto um espaço-tempo de promoção de práticas educativas que contribuem no processo do combate ao racismo e no fomento ao protagonismo das mulheres negras pernambucanas, ao reconhecer as mulheres autoras de suas práticas, lutas e histórias.
