ANALYSIS OF ANATOMICAL NOMENCLATURE ADOPTED IN THE BOOKS OF SCIENCE AND BIOLOGY

Resumo: | We evaluated the anatomical nomenclature adopted in the science books in the 8th grade of elementary education and biology of the 2nd year of high school. We used 07 books, 04 of grade 8 and 04 of the 2nd year. Contents anatomy was analyzed from reading reviews comparing the anatomical nomenclature adopted in the current anatomical terminology. The books showed differences between the various body systems, such as the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, urinary system, male genital system and digestive system. The errors were found in the images and also in part intended to content writing with incorrect terms and / or overpast. |

Utilizou-se 07 livros, 04 do 8º ano e 04 do 2º ano. Conteúdos anatômicos foram analisados a partir de leituras criticas confrontando a nomenclatura anatômica adotada com a terminologia anatômica atual. Os livros apresentaram divergências entre vários sistemas corporais, como: o sistema cardiovascular, sistema locomotor, sistema urinário, sistema genital masculino e o sistema digestório.
