Resumo: | This paper brings perceptions of investigation realized in 2000 at Rio Grande and Integrar RS/Feeding Project, promoted by FTIA/RS – Federacy of Workers in the Feeding Industry of RS where adults employee and unemployed were certificated with primary school. The aim of this study is explain if non-formal places can teach workers subdue them to capitalism power or giving the opportunity to construct an own knowledge to face the reality presented by dominant classes, inside cluster fight established, not to adjust to it, but overcome it building new relationships for everybody exercise his/her humanity. Like this, after to localize all searchers in their social-historic, economic and cultural context I try to explain the determinacy of this places for the persons, individual and in groups. |

Like this, after to localize all searchers in their social-historic, economic and cultural context I try to explain the determinacy of this places for the persons, individual and in groups.O artigo reúne percepções da investigação realizada no ano de 2000, na cidade do Rio Grande, junto ao Projeto Integrar RS/Alimentação, promovido pela Federação dos Trabalhadores na Indústria da Alimentação do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que entre outras práticas educativas certificou o ensino fundamental a adultos, trabalhadores e trabalhadoras, (desempregados e empregados). O objetivo do estudo foi perceber como o espaço não formal oferecido educa os trabalhadores; se os submetendo à dominação exercida pelo capital ou possibilitando que construam um conhecimento próprio e necessário para o enfrentamento com a realidade posta pela classe dominante, dentro da luta de classes estabelecida, não para ajustar-se a ela, mas para superá-la, construindo novas relações sociais em que todos possam ao constituir-se como sujeito, exercer plenamente a sua humanidade.
