Resumo: The present study emerges from a research developed in the Doctorate in Education of a Graduate Program in Education of a Federal Institute (IF). It aims to highlight the scientific production developed in postgraduate studies in Brazil, on Law nº 5.692/1971, enacted on August 11, 1971, in the period from 1971 to 2021. The methodology is a bibliography approach, based on a survey of the State of Knowledge in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). As result, we infer that of the 464 works found, 28 of them have a connection with Law No. 5,692/1971, when dealing with its implementation, teacher training in some state of Brazil and the curricular changes that occurred to the detriment of this legislation. However, none of the investigations specifically addresses the implementation of Law No. 5,692/1971 and the State's actions for teacher formation in Vocational Education.

Tiene como objetivo destacar la producción científica desarrollada en los estudios de posgrado en Brasil, sobre la Ley nº 5.692/1971, promulgada el 11 de agosto de 1971, en el período de 1971 a 2021. La metodología es un enfoque bibliográfico, a partir de un relevamiento del Estado del Conocimiento en el Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior (CAPES). Como resultado, inferimos que de los 464 trabajos encontrados, 28 de ellos tienen relación con la Ley nº 5.692/1971, cuando se trata de su implementación, la formación docente en algún estado de Brasil y los cambios curriculares ocurridos en detrimento de la esta legislación. Sin embargo, ninguna de las investigaciones aborda específicamente la implementación de la Ley N° 5.692/1971 y las acciones del Estado para la formación de docentes en Educación Profesional.O presente estudo emerge de uma pesquisa desenvolvida no Doutorado em Educação de um Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação de um Instituto Federal (IF). Objetiva evidenciar a produção científica desenvolvida na pós-graduação do Brasil, sobre a Lei nº 5.692/1971, promulgada em 11 de agosto de 1971, no período de 1971 a 2021. A metodologia é de abordagem bibliografia, a partir de um levantamento do Estado do Conhecimento no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). Como resultados, inferimos que dos 464 trabalhos encontrados, 28 deles possuem conexão com a Lei nº 5.692/1971, ao abordarem sobre sua implementação, formação docente em algum estado do Brasil e as mudanças curriculares ocorridas em detrimento dessa legislação.
