THE IMPLICATIONS OF MANDATORY CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP TO EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHING

Resumo: This article aims at discussing the implications of mandatory curricular internship to early childhood education teaching. It had as starting point the following issue: “How does the mandatory curricular internship of Pedagogy course affect teacher formation while teaching kids from 0 to 5 years old?”. The methodologies used were the qualitative approach by using bibliography and documental research and the evaluation of the Pedagogy internships’ field diaries from State University of Londrina during 2019. The data collected were analyzed based on authors who dedicate themselves to this objetct of study, such as: Ostetto (2000), Pimenta (2006), Mello and Lindner (2012), Nascimento (2018), Magalhães and Folque (2018). The results of this article showed that the different types of activities that were suggested during graduation internship are quite fundamentals to learn how to teach in early childhood education. However, the conditions in which the interns develop such activities, as: relevance, reading activities, internship supervision support, directly impact in the process of learning how to become a teacher.   Keywords: Supervised Internship. El estudio partió de la siguiente questión: “¿Cómo la práctica curricular obligatoria del curso de Pedagogía afecta la formación docente para la actuación con niños de 0 hasta 5 años de edad?”. La metodología de ese artículo se ha perfilado en el enfoque cualitativo a través de investigación bibliográfica y documental y, aún, la apreciación de los diarios de campo de las internas del curso de Pedagogía de la Universidad Estatal de Londrina en 2019. Los datos recogidos fueron analizados a través de autores que se dedican a ese objeto de estudio, como: Ostetto (2000), Pimenta (2006), Mello y Lindner (2012), Nascimento (2018), Magalhães y Folque (2018). Los resultados evidenciaron que las diferentes actividades presentadas a lo largo de las prácticas en el curso de grado son fundamentales para la aprendizagen de la enseñanza en la educación infantil. Sin embargo, las condiciones en las que los internos desarrollan dichas actividades, como: interés, realización de lecturas, apoyo de la supervisión de práctica, impactan directamente en el proceso de aprendizaje de la profesión docente.   Palabras clave: Práctica supervisada. Educación Superior. Formación docente.Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir as implicações do Estágio Curricular Obrigatório para a docência na Educação Infantil. O estudo partiu da seguinte problemática: “Como o estágio curricular obrigatório do curso de Pedagogia afeta a formação docente para a atuação com as crianças de 0 a 5 anos de idade?”. A metodologia do trabalho delineou-se na abordagem qualitativa por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e, ainda, apreciação dos diários de campo das estagiárias do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Londrina durante o ano de 2019. Os dados coletados foram analisados por meio de autores que se dedicam a esse objeto de estudo, tais como: Ostetto (2000), Pimenta (2006), Mello; Lindner (2012), Nascimento (2018), Magalhães; Folque (2018); Ostetto e Maia (2019). Os resultados evidenciaram que as diferentes atividades propostas ao longo do estágio no curso de graduação são fundamentais para aprendizagem da docência na Educação Infantil. No entanto, as condições sob as quais as estagiárias desenvolvem tal atividade, como: interesse, realização de leituras, apoio da supervisão de estágio, impactam diretamente no processo de aprendizagem da profissão docente.
