DEGREE SUPERVISED ACADEMIC TRAINING IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF SUPERVISORS

Resumo: | The aim of the research was to investigate the perspective of a group of supervisor teachers on the procedures of supervised internship in courses of undergraduate level. Six supervisors of six undergraduate degrees working in a pedagogical application college in the northwestern part of Paraná participated in the study. The instrument was a semi-structured interview script. Data treatment was carried out through content analysis, from categories of analysis traced a priori according to the objective of the study. The supervisors who receive the interns at the school point out weaknesses in the supervision of the internship, especially in the follow-up of the guidance of the University, in addition, do not feel part of the initial training of the interns, as they assume specific tasks that do not encourage the approach between school and University. |

Los participantes fueron seis maestros supervisores de seis pregrado trabajar en un colegio de aplicación pedagógica del noroeste de Paraná. El instrumento era un guía de entrevista semiestructurada. Para el tratamiento de los datos recurrido a análisis de contenido, a partir de categorías de análisis trazadas a priori de acuerdo con el objetivo del estudio. Los supervisores que reciben los alumnos en las debilidades de relieve escolares en reenviado el entrenamiento supervisado, especialmente en el seguimiento de guiar a la Universidad, además, no se sienten parte de la formación inicial de los alumnos, para tareas de despegue que no impulsar el acercamiento entre la escuela y la Universidad.O objetivo da pesquisa foi investigar a perspectiva de um grupo de professores supervisores sobre o encaminhamento do estágio supervisionado em cursos de Licenciatura. Participaram da pesquisa seis professores supervisores de seis Licenciaturas que trabalham em um colégio de aplicação pedagógica do noroeste do Paraná. O instrumento foi um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado. Para o tratamento dos dados recorreu-se à análise de conteúdo, a partir de categorias de análise traçadas a priori de acordo com o objetivo do estudo.
