THE WELFARE OF THE PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATOR IN BRAZIL - A THEMATIC ANALYSIS OF THE THESES PRODUCED IN THE PERIOD FROM 2009 TO 2019: uma análise temática das teses produzidas no período de 2009 a 2019

Resumo: This article presents the results of a research of the State of Knowledge type, carried out with the objective of mapping and analyzing the scientific productions about the pedagogical coordinator in Brazil. The analyzed texts are theses based in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD / Ibict) and in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CTD / CAPES). To access the texts, we applied the electronic keyword searching with the keywords "pedagogical coordinator" and "pedagogical coordination", having as a filter the time frame from 2009 to 2019. 255 theses were found, of which 25 were selected for analysis of the abstracts - only those that focused on the role of the pedagogical coordinator in the stages of Elementary and High School in Basic Education. The evaluations point out that most of the theses found for the keyword "pedagogical coordinator" and "pedagogical coordination" highlight its formative process. Concerning the issue “welfare of pedagogical coordinators”, we concluded that it is an issue that has not yet been discussed in the academy, as no work about this issue has been found. We understand, through this State of Knowledge, to have found a favorable field for new research.

Los textos analizados son tesis ubicadas en la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones (BDTD/Ibict) y en el Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento de Profesores de Educación Superior (CTD/CAPES). Para acceder a los textos utilizamos la herramienta de búsqueda electrónica con las palabras clave "coordinador pedagógico" y "coordinación pedagógica", utilizando como filtro el marco temporal de 2009 a 2019. Se encontraron 255 tesis, de las cuales 25 fueron seleccionadas para el análisis de los resúmenes, solo aquellas que se centraron en el rol del coordinador pedagógico en las etapas de Educación Primaria y Secundaria en Educación Básica. Los análisis muestran que la mayoría de las tesis encontradas para las palabras claves "coordinador pedagógico" y "coordinación pedagógica" enfatizan su proceso formativo. En cuanto al tema “Bienestar de los coordinadores pedagógicos”, concluimos que es un tema que aún no ha sido discutido en la academia, ya que no se ha encontrado trabajo sobre la temática. Entendemos, a través de este Estado del Conocimiento, haber encontrado un campo propicio para nuevas investigaciones.Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa do tipo Estado do Conhecimento, realizada com o objetivo de mapear e analisar as produções científicas sobre o coordenador pedagógico no Brasil. Os textos analisados são teses localizadas na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD/Ibict) e no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenadoria de Aperfeiçoamento de Professores do Ensino Superior (CTD/CAPES). Para acessar os textos utilizamos a ferramenta eletrônica de busca com as palavras-chave “coordenador pedagógico” e “coordenação pedagógica”, tendo como filtro o recorte temporal de 2009 a 2019. Foram localizados 255 teses, das quais foram selecionadas 25 para análise dos resumos – somente aquelas que tinham como foco a atuação do coordenador pedagógico nas etapas do Ensino Fundamental e Ensino Médio da Educação Básica. As análises apontam que a maior parte das teses encontradas para as palavras-chave “coordenador pedagógico” e “coordenação pedagógica” enfatizam o seu processo formativo. Quanto a temática “bem-estar dos coordenadores pedagógicos”, concluímos que é uma temática ainda não discutida na academia, pois não foi localizado nenhum trabalho sobre o tema.
