HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION IN THE POLITICAL-PEDAGOGICAL PROJECTS OF THE CASA FOUNDATION

Resumo: The work, the result of a master's thesis, addresses Human Rights Education (HRE) in the context of institutions that shelter adolescents who are serving a socio-educational measure of admission to the CASA Foundation, in the state of São Paulo. The objective is to identify contents, values ​​and practices converging with HRE present in the CASA Foundation's Political Pedagogical Projects (PPPs). The approach to the problem is qualitative and its objective is exploratory. The documents analyzed are: PPPs of the CASA Foundation detention centers, Children and Adolescents Statute, National Social-Educational Service, National Plan for Human Rights Education, National Human Rights Program 3 and National Guidelines of Human Rights Education. The bibliographical research brings authors who have been addressing the issue of Human Rights Education in Brazil and Latin America. Two PPPs were analyzed, a convenience sample, through a matrix elaborated from the indications and recommendations of the cited reference documents. The results revealed that the expressions Human Rights and HRE appear explicitly few times in the analyzed documents.

El objetivo es identificar contenidos, valores y prácticas convergentes con EDH presentes en los Proyectos Político Pedagógicos (PPPs) de la Fundación CASA. El abordaje del problema es cualitativo y su objetivo es exploratorio. Los procedimientos técnicos adoptados son la investigación documental y bibliográfica. Los documentos analizados son: PPP de los centros de detención de la Fundación CASA, Estatuto de la Niñez y la Adolescencia (ECA), Servicio Nacional Socioeducativo (SINASE), Plan Nacional de Educación en Derechos Humanos, Programa Nacional de Derechos Humanos 3 y Lineamientos Nacionales de Educación en Derechos Humanos. Se analizaron dos PPP, una muestra de conveniencia, a través de una matriz elaborada a partir de las indicaciones y recomendaciones de los documentos de referencia citados. Los resultados revelaron que las expresiones DH y EDH aparecen explícitamente pocas veces en los documentos analizados.O trabalho aborda a Educação em Direitos Humanos (EDH) no contexto das instituições que abrigam adolescentes que cumprem medida socioeducativa de internação na Fundação CASA, no estado de São Paulo. O objetivo é identificar conteúdos, valores e práticas convergentes com a EDH presentes nos Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos (PPPs) da Fundação CASA. A abordagem do problema é qualitativa e seu objetivo é exploratório. Os procedimentos técnicos adotados são a pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. Os documentos analisados são: PPPs dos Centros de Internação da Fundação CASA, Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SINASE), Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos, Programa Nacional de Direitos Humanos 3 e Diretrizes Nacionais de Educação em Direitos Humanos. Foram analisados 2 PPPs, amostra por conveniência, por meio de uma matriz elaborada a partir de indicações e recomendações dos documentos referência citados.
