THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE RESOURCE ROOM IN THE LEARNING OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Resumo: The article presents the results of research related to the education of children, adolescents and young people with special educational needs, where emphasis was given to the search for a possible solution to the problems related to attention to diversity.  The objective of the present work is the modeling of a conception of resources and supports for educational attention to students with these characteristics, mediated by teacher training. The use of the method of content analysis in its descriptive-explanatory modality, modeling and systematization of experiences were the ways for the integration of judgments, criteria, points of view and evaluations that guided the proposal and its implementation from the possibilities offered by teacher training. Special educational needs are related to disability and to states such as behavioral changes, generalized or specific learning difficulties, high intellectual abilities, educational lag and diverse social situations; Its complexity implies a professional challenge to which the proposed developer conception responds, whose methodology provides alternative solutions through reflection workshops implemented with teachers in educational units. The results allowed us to conclude that teachers incorporate in their professional performance, theoretical and practical elements that favor the attention to students with special educational needs in conditions of educational inclusion, through the reevaluation of resources and support for good practices in an inclusive school.

A utilização do método de análise de conteúdo em sua modalidade descritivo-explicativa, modelagem e sistematização de experiências foram os caminhos para a integração de julgamentos, critérios, pontos de vista e avaliações que nortearam a proposta e sua implementação a partir das possibilidades oferecidas pela formação docente. As necessidades educacionais especiais estão relacionadas à deficiência e a estados como alterações comportamentais, dificuldades de aprendizagem generalizadas ou específicas, altas habilidades intelectuais, defasagem educacional e situações sociais diversas; sua complexidade implica um desafio profissional ao qual responde a concepção de desenvolvedor proposta, cuja metodologia fornece soluções alternativas por meio de oficinas de reflexão implementadas com professores em unidades educacionais.
