Resumo: Curricular reform in Pharmacy courses brought new ways of organizing knowledge, making curricula flexible and adapted to changes demanded by the labor market, which requires professionals with greater scope and responsibility, adapted to technology and focused on continuing professional training. Thus, the curriculum of the pharmacy course at the University began to focus its activities on training critical, reflective and humanist generalist pharmacists. For this, the initiatives turned to the creation of an integrative project that was based on the legal character for structuring the curriculum of the course and in the reform of the methodology that became active, transforming the student into an active member in the teaching-learning process. Objective: To analyze the impact of the integrative project on the perception of pharmacy students at a private university. Method: For data collection, interviews were conducted with 120 students from the first to the eighth semester of the course. This contained questions to characterize the subject and the interviewees' perception of the methodology applied in the course. Results: The integrative project as an active teaching methodology proved to be an important tool for learning, in the view of the student, motivated the sense of research, favored their autonomy and critical development in the face of individual and collective situations. Conclusion: There was a positive impact on the student's perception of their learning with the application of the integrative project.
