Resumo: The alimentary upheavals directly are related to the high index of overweight, obesity and comorbidities associates. Practical the indiscriminate one of diets due to constant concern with the beauty standard becomes the development of alimentary Upheavals each more common time. Amongst the alimentary Upheavals the Upheaval of Binge eating disorder is distinguished that it is a type of common upheaval very in people with overweight and obesity, characterized for the extreme consumption of changeable amount of foods in a short space of time. The objective of this work is to evaluate through a evaluate through a bibliographical research the treatment of the alimentary compulsion and its relation with the obesity. In the analysis of studies, the observed upheavals more had been in students, sample for the most part of the research, and athletes and individuals also chosen randomly. The research had been carried through through the application of the questionnaires Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26), Test of Inquiry Bulímica de Edingurgh (BITE), Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), Scale of Binge eating (ECAP) and one that the author used proper questionnaire. A significant percentage of the samples presented alterations in the alimentary behavior. One concluded that it is excellent factor in the clinical evaluation of the individuals, the application of questionnaires for identification of Alimentary Upheavals, as well as the performance of the team to multidiscipline and intervention of the family in the treatment.

La práctica indiscriminada de dietas debido a la constante preocupación por el estándar de belleza hace que el desarrollo de trastornos alimentarios sea cada vez más frecuente. Dentro de los Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria destaca el Trastorno por Atracón, que es un tipo de trastorno muy común en personas con sobrepeso y obesidad, caracterizado por un consumo excesivo de cantidades variables de alimentos en un corto periodo de tiempo. El objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar, a través de una investigación bibliográfica, el tratamiento de los atracones y su relación con la obesidad. En el análisis de los estudios, los trastornos más observados fueron en los estudiantes, la muestra en la mayoría de los estudios, y también en deportistas e individuos elegidos al azar. Las encuestas se llevaron a cabo mediante la aplicación de los cuestionarios Test of Eating Attitude (EAT-26), Edingurgh Bulimic Investigation Test (BITE), Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), Binge Eating Scale (BES) y uno que el autor utilizó por su cuenta. cuestionario Un porcentaje significativo de las muestras mostró cambios en el comportamiento alimentario. Tra i Disturbi del comportamento alimentare spicca il Binge Eating Disorder, un tipo di disturbo molto diffuso nelle persone in sovrappeso e obese, caratterizzato da un consumo eccessivo di quantità variabili di cibo in un breve lasso di tempo. L'obiettivo di questo lavoro è valutare, attraverso una ricerca bibliografica, il trattamento del binge eating e la sua relazione con l'obesità. Nell'analisi degli studi, i disturbi più osservati erano negli studenti, il campione nella maggior parte degli studi, e anche atleti e individui scelti a caso. Le indagini sono state effettuate attraverso l'applicazione dei questionari Test of Eating Attitude (EAT-26), Edingurgh Bulimic Investigation Test (BITE), Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), Binge Eating Scale (BES) e uno che l'autore ha utilizzato il proprio questionario. Una percentuale significativa dei campioni ha mostrato cambiamenti nel comportamento alimentare. Si è concluso che è un fattore rilevante nella valutazione clinica degli individui, nell'applicazione di questionari per identificare i disturbi alimentari, così come nelle prestazioni del team multidisciplinare e nell'intervento della famiglia nel trattamento.Os transtornos alimentares estão diretamente relacionados ao alto índice de sobrepeso, obesidade e comorbidades associadas. Dentre os Transtornos alimentares destaca-se o Transtorno da Compulsão Alimentar Periódica que é um tipo de transtorno muito comum em pessoas com sobrepeso e obesidade, caracterizado pelo consumo excessivo de quantidade variável de alimentos num curto espaço de tempo.
