Resumo: In this work, the theoretical basis that underpins the research is discussed, in which Vygotsky’s work is emphasized. Thus, a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) was developed that provides an Educational Chatterbot. Chatterbots are programmed robots that simulate a conversation.
