Articulation of representation records in the construction of empirical and theoreticalproof by a group of mathematicteachers

Resumo: In article we present results of a research carried out with teachers of the public educationof a municipality of Mato Grosso, in which we aim to identify the articulation of records of semiotic representations that were used to support the validations produced by teachers in two categories of proof: Empirical and theoretical.Methodologically, we seek an approximation with the assumptions of Didactic Engineering, with the production of the data happeningduring extension course aimed at research andcontinuous formation of teachers.Different productions were identifiedinvolvingthese two categories of proofusing the natural language register in the theoretical proof and the figural record in the empirical proof especially througha construction of manipulable materials. Thisfact indicates the need to getthe articulation between the two categories of evidence in the teaching processes through amulti-registrywork that seeks an approximation with the assumptions of the theory of records of semiotic representations.

Metodologicamente, buscamos uma aproximação com os pressupostos da Engenharia Didática, com a produção dos dados ocorrendo durante curso de extensão que visava a pesquisa e a formação continuada de professores. Foram identificadas produções distintas, envolvendo essas duas categorias de provas, com emprego do registro em linguagem natural nas provas teóricas e do registro figural nas provas empíricas, especialmente pela construção de materiais manipuláveis.
