Resumo: | The degrees in Biology promotean effort to train quality teachers, but can offer scientific content crystallized in school reality. The use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can contribute to this denaturalization, so the approach to blended-learning was used for the development of pedagogical and critical reflection in teacher training in biology. He sought to understand forms of confrontations of decontextualization and the denaturalization of scientific content through the Blended-Learning. We conducted a case study of Instrumentation discipline for Biology Education, conducted in 2013-2014 at a public HEI in the course of Biology. Activitieswere analyzed: Educational Profile, WebQuest, reviews, proposals classes and memorial. Sources indicate the ongoing process of dialogue, reading of reality, biological content conception of reflection isneeded in the classroom. There was the need to "relearn" content on logicin relation to integration theory and practice in teaching |

O uso de Tecnologias de Comunicação e Informação podem colaborar para essa desnaturalização, assim a abordagem do Ensino Híbrido foi utilizada para o desenvolvimento da reflexão pedagógica e crítica na formação docente em Biologia. Buscou-se compreender formas de enfretamentos da descontextualização e a desnaturalização dos conteúdos científicos por meio do Ensino Híbrido. Realizou-se um estudo de caso da disciplina de Instrumentação para Ensino de Biologia, ministrada em 2013-2014 em uma IES pública no curso de Biologia. Foram analisadas atividades: Perfil Pedagógico, WebQuest, resenhas, propostas de aulas e memorial. As fontes indicam o processo continuo de diálogo, leitura da realidade, reflexão da concepção dos conteúdos biológicos são necessários em sala de aula.
