Resumo: This article is a partial result from a survey that is being developed in the Professional Masters in Technological Teaching, at Education, Science and Technology Federal Institute in Amazon. In this proposal, we present an exploratory research that aims to identify the technological resources use in Manaus Telecenters and the difficulties found, aiming to contribute with the training practices mediationfor the responsible servers in coordinate these spaces. In a methodological perspective, the procedures include documental analysis and a questionnaire, with 69 coordinators participation. The results identify among the most used resources, the Movie Maker software, Internet searches and BrOffice tools, to carry out projects workshops and socio-educational activities. Among the difficulties announced, we can mention infrastructure problems and teachers resistance related to the technological tools use for information access and complementary knowledge to school activities.

Nessa proposta, apresentamos uma investigação, de natureza exploratória, que tem como objetivo identificar os recursos tecnológicos utilizados nos Telecentros de Manaus e as dificuldades encontradas, visando contribuir para a mediação de práticas formativas dos servidores responsáveis por coordenar estes espaços.  Numa perspectiva metodológica, contempla procedimentos de análise documental e a realização de um questionário que contou com a participação de 69 coordenadores. Os resultados identificam entre os recursos mais utilizados, o software Movie Maker, as pesquisas na internet e ferramentas do BrOffice, para a realização de projetos, oficinas e atividades socioeducativas.
