ROBÔ-TI: Educational Robotics in the Incentive of High School Students in the Area of Information Technology

Resumo: | This paper presents the results of a project, called ROBÔ-TI, that was developed with the objective of encouraging High School students from the public school system of the Brazilian State of Amazonas to enter careers in the area of Information Technology (IT). For this, pedagogical practices through ProblemBased Learning (PBL) aimed at the stimulation of Computational Thinking with the use of tools such as Scratch and Lego Mindstorms EV3 Robotics Kit. The results obtained from a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire and student testimonials, demonstrate the contribution of the planning and execution strategies adopted in this project for the professional and technological formation of students and teachers who received the training, the latter acting as multipliers of knowledge. |

Para isso, foram utilizadas práticas pedagógicas por meio da Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABP) visando o estímulo do Pensamento Computacional, com o uso de ferramentas como o Scratch e o Kit de Robótica Lego Mindstorms EV3.
