Resumo: The article presents an experiment on the use of media resources in pedagogical practice of Chemistry teacherson the contents atomic modelsproviding a meaningful learning. The study was conducted in the State of Amazonas Media Center with high school studentsincluding some riparian and indigenous community. The project is providing opportunities for educational development of those communities that are particularly hurt by the difficult access and seasonality in the Amazon region. The main objective of this paper is to present the media resources used in teaching practice in the teaching of atomic models as a tool to develop meaningful learning of students and increase the technological literacy of teachers.

O trabalho foi realizado no Centro de Mídias do Estado do Amazonas com alunos do Ensino Médio, dentre eles algumas comunidade ribeirinhas e indígenas. O projeto vem oportunizando o desenvolvimento educacional dessas comunidades que são notadamente prejudicadas pelo difícil acesso e sazonalidade da região Amazônica.
