Resumo: | This article aims to identify and analyze perceptions and pedagogical reflections of Intervention Projects in a continuing education program conducted by School Managers in the Zona da Mata Mineira, Brazil. To answer the research questions, the qualitative approach is adopted as methodological perspective, as well as literature review and document analysis. Results indicate that school challenges are many and, although schools are present in different contexts, management of problem situations by school managers are always quite similar. From the specific literature and data obtained, it is concluded that the themes discussed in the study surpass the skills and possibilities of immediate solutions in the school environment. |

Para responder a las preguntas de investigación, el enfoque cualitativo se adopta como una perspectiva metodológica, utilizando la revisión de la literatura y, como procedimiento, el análisis de documentos. Los resultados indicaron que los desafíos escolares son muchos y, aunque las escuelas están presentes en diferentes contextos, la gestión de situaciones problemáticas por parte de los directores siempre es muy similar. A partir de la literatura específica y de los datos obtenidos, se concluye que los temas trabajados extrapolan las habilidades y posibilidades de solución inmediata en el entorno escolar.Neste artigo, objetiva-se identificar e analisar as percepções e as reflexões pedagógicas dos Projetos de Intervenção em uma formação continuada realizados por Gestores Escolares da Zona da Mata Mineira, Brasil. Para responder aos questionamentos da pesquisa, adota-se como perspectiva metodológica a abordagem qualitativa, utilizando a revisão de literatura e, como procedimento, a análise de documentos. Os resultados indicaram que os desafios escolares são muitos e, por mais que as escolas estejam presentes em contextos diferenciados, a abordagem de situações-problema pelos gestores é sempre muito semelhante.
